Retrofit plates provide a cost-effective solution for relay and device retrofit applications where replacing the entire panel or door is unnecessary. Instead, the existing panel is modified and fitted with a custom retrofit plate designed with the exact cutouts, holes, and tapped features required for the new devices.

Each project begins with a complete 3D model of the plate to ensure proper fit and functionality, followed by precision CNC manufacturing for accurate production. Powder-coated steel is the most commonly requested material, but we also offer a variety of material and finish options to meet specific application requirements.

Used to fill open areas between relays / devices in racks. These blanks are 10 gauge powder coated steel in ANSI 70 Gray. Available in 1U, 2U, 3U, and 4U. Custom colors are available if needed.

For many sidewalk installations, especially in downtown / urban areas, these locks are ideal to secure grates in public areas.  The lock has a custom proprietary mechanism that can only be opened with a corresponding key.   This prevents tampering with screwdrivers, wrenches, or pliers. The primary goal is to prevent theft and unauthorized access to underground utility infrastructure.
